Habitat for Humanity

  • Unwanted Items?
  • Downsizing?
  • Kids moved out and you don’t know what to do with their bedroom furniture?
  • Why not use Town & Country’s Donation Service?

Here’s How It Works: 

  • Before the day of your move, NOTIFY US that you have items to donate.

  • On the day of your move, we pickup the items and bring them to our warehouse.  (They are now off your hands!)

  • Habitat For Humanity® periodically visits our warehouse.  If they are interested in your piece, then they take it!

  • Town & Country gets a receipt of the items taken by Habitat®, which we forward to you.

  • Items that Habitat® refuses to take will be disposed and you will be charged a nominal disposal fee, ending the process.

  • Town & Country may refuse items that Habitat® will not take, including but not limited to the following:

    • Personal items such as mattresses and clothing

    • Water damaged furniture

    • Broken or heavily worn items

    • Appliances over 5 years old

It’s that easy!

We offer one-time move in / move out house cleaning and service contracts are also available.

Town & Country will handle all of the deep cleaning that needs to be done to make your home shine. We clean your home from top to bottom, including bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, main rooms. Vacuum, clean, shine, dust, disinfect, and straighten the appearance in all rooms. Plus we provide a deep cleaning of the baseboards, oven, stove, refrigerator, ceiling fans, and cabinets and drawers.
